| The idea behind the kids program is not only teach
kickboxing, but to help them with self confidence,
discipline, motivation, and to set goals. If a child can
improve on any of the above, it will make a difference
in other activities besides kickboxing. For example if a
child has confidence in kickboxing they will also do
well in other activities such as school work because
they know they can do it with a little bit of hard
work.. It will also make them feel good about
themselves. The classes are broken
down into 3 parts.

Warm up- stretch
·
Bag work- punches, kicks, and drills
·
Cool down- game, review
Your child will receive
one 15 minute lesson once a week and can go to as many
group classes as they want. This program is a great way
to give your child exercise and to teach not to give up
when they think they can’t do something. |
