 News & Events 07/07/2008**NEW** Tuesday MMA classes will now be a fight class for interested MMA students. It will no longer follow the regular format of our MMA classes. Friday night Kickboxing class will now also become a sparring fighting class. Note: if you attend this class, you DO NOT have to fight. Tuesday and Thursday group classes have changed from 6:30-8:00pm to 7:00-8:00pm. Congratulations to Brian Murata for becoming Avatar's first Kenpo student to receive a black belt! Brian will be performing his Kenpo black belt test Saturday, February 2. See the main page or ask Ian or Stephan for more info. Also, check out our sauna packages. We have an awesome Infrared sauna that you can use to burn calories, relax tense muscles and help improve circulation. MMA class times have changed slightly. There are no more morning classes, but a Tuesday evening class has been added. Avatar and Havok gear is in!
